As a building owner, facility manager or corporate executive, you understand the value in prolonging the life of your roof(s), which in turn, will improve the overall condition of each facility and interior environment. To meet that need, we have developed the Roof Access Management Program. Designed originally for current Mahaney Roofing low-slope roofing customers, this platform is proving to be a powerful tool to service our metal roofing, pre-engineered metal building and facility management customers. As Mahaney Group’s Services Division grows we are excited to apply the principles Planning, Prevention, and Preparedness to help our customers Elevate Excellence in their rooftop and facility planning.
How the Program Works
Planning
The program kicks off with a free inspection, followed by an executive planning meeting in which we will:
- Forecast maintenance and capital needs.
- Develop maintenance and capital budgets.
- Identify an optimal lifecycle cost per year.
- Establish clear scopes of work and service rates.
Preparedness
By participation in the program, your organization will benefit from:
- Prioritization for repair projects (Roof Access allows you to track service dispatches, review work order repair history and view before/after photos).
- Quick emergency response times.
- Faster insurance claim resolution in the event a claim is required.
Prevention
Through scheduled preventative maintenance and ongoing inspections, our team will continually maintain your roof and gather the on-demand data you need to make decisions. The prevention measures ensure warranty compliance, so you are always eligible for needed warranty claims.

"...preventative maintenance will extend the life of the roof out many years, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars on early replacement..."When I first took over nearly 1.5 million square feet of roofing, we had no maintenance program in place. Knowing we had to get roof maintenance under control, I turned to Mahaney's preventative maintenance program, [Roof Access]. Now when it rains, the facilities stay dry, my staff is not busy chasing wet floors, and our building users are able to concentrate on their daily routines. I know that preventative maintenance will extend the life of the roof out many years, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars on early replacement.
