Champion Highlight | Jeff Hamilton
Congratulations to Jeff Hamilton for being chosen as November’s Champion of the Month!
For three years, Jeff has been a valuable part of the Mahaney team. He has further developed his trade throughout his time at Mahaney to become a Leadman for our Steel division.
Jeff was chosen as the Champion of the Month for his commitment to our Value of Creating Opportunities for Others. This Value represents our effort to provide an environment that encourages people to improve their lives financially, emotionally, and spiritually.
For Jeff, applying this value is simple, “I am able to see the big picture, support the team, and help us stay ahead. It’s important to be patient, train up the newer crew members and create an environment they can grow in,” Jeff says.
Brandon Becker, Senior Foreman for Steel, says, “Jeff is very hard working, dependable, and he is always a positive impact on others. He deserves recognition; we appreciate him.”
Jeff said working at Mahaney has impacted his life. “I have a stable job to provide for my family. I’ve been able to buy a house and move forward with bigger and better things.” He added, “I couldn’t have asked for a better team to be a part of. We’re a tight knit group, and we’re there for each other on the job and outside of work.”
When he’s not out on the job, Jeff loves to spend time with his family and attend his children’s sporting events.
