Champion Highlight | Seth Holmes
Congratulations to our January Champion, Seth Holmes.
Seth has been with Mahaney since 2019 and works as a Driver in Mahaney Equipment.
Seth was chosen as Champion of the month because of his commitment to carry Mahaney Group’s vision: “Construction is what we do- not who we are. Our core purpose is improving the quality of life in our communities. We create environments where people don't just live and work—they thrive.”
“Everything that makes Mahaney Group- like their pillars and values, motivates me to be a better employee, Seth shares. In his position, Seth works alongside the Logistics Manager to ensure transport and maintenance of equipment needed to assist in completing jobs. His day-to-day is spent commuting between job sites, limiting his interactions with his colleagues, but Seth says it’s always a positive environment.
“One thing I have noticed about Mahaney Group is that they always show appreciation to their employees,” that type of environment motivates everyone to be the best they can be,” he says.
When reflecting on the positive impact Mahaney Group has had on his life, Seth says, “Overall, working for a company that appreciates you and gives you opportunities to grow… it’s been good for me and my family.”
During his free time, Seth loves to be outdoors, spending time with his kids. Seth also enjoys hunting.
