Mahaney Group Welcomes Brian Palser – Vice President for Roofing Division
We are pleased to introduce Brian Palser, our new Vice President of Mahaney Roofing! Brian has already made significant impact in the short time he’s been a part of Mahaney and we can't wait to see what he does next!
Brian grew up in Western Nebraska and has always had an interest in history and reading which led him to majoring in history and minoring in religion during college. Brian worked in the coating industry and was instrumental in the development of a coating which prevents rusting on the inside of irrigation pipes. He was then hired by a painting contractor, but he unfortunately lost this job in 2008 when the recession hit. Taking what he thought was just a temporary job in roofing, Brian quickly fell in love with the trade and realized this was the career path meant for him.
Before coming to Mahaney, Brian spent 11 years with AR Roofing where he assisted in creating a profitable division in Nebraska. Brian was pivotal in shaping the company’s commercial roofing practices, and in 2017 a promotion brought him to Wichita. This move ultimately led Brian to meet Damon, the Vice President of Mahaney Group. Brian quickly realized his calling to make the world a better place and help it grow would fit great with Mahaney’s vision and culture. Investing in the future of employees while growing and expanding the company is one reason why Brian says he loves being a part of Mahaney. The culture of excellence elevated at Mahaney is Brian’s favorite part about working here.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending quality time with his wife, three kids and their unpredictable but interesting chickens. Brian also enjoys weightlifting, as it is his biggest stress reliever and favorite hobby. Fascinatingly, Brian’s favorite hero is George S. Patton, the famous World War II general because of the way Patton cared about his men but was also to get the most of his men.
Brian wants everyone at Mahaney to know that his door is always open to help others. He is excited to be here and wants to excel at his job while spreading Mahaney’s message with Wichita and the world.
