Champion Highlight | Jeff Roberts
Congratulations to June’s Champion of the month, Jeff Roberts! Jeff has been a part of the Mahaney family for over 7 years. Originally from Winfield, he moved back to Kansas from Canada in 2013. Construction has been a part of Jeff’s life since 1993 when he first started his Roofing Career. He has been able to acquire many talents and skills by working in multiple divisions: Roofing, Metals, Services and now specifically onto facility maintenance work. A father to 3 boys, Jeff values family and spends much of his time outside of work with the ones closest to him. He also enjoys the outdoors and relaxing at the lake with his camper, boat, and jet skis.
Jeff has built lasting relationships through working at Mahaney not just with the contractors and customers, but relationships with employees who have come and gone over the years. He says Mahaney is like his “second family”. Jeff represents Mahaney’s value “Committed to Excellence” by coming into work every day doing the best he can, working every chance he can get, and helping others move up. He prides himself in helping whoever is in need which demonstrates another Mahaney value of “Putting Others First”. Mahaney has impacted Jeff’s life by helping him purchase his first house last December and helping him provide for his family over the years. Jeff says he’s very content with the opportunities Mahaney has provided for him and his family and the life he has built here. Congratulations, Jeff! Thank you for being a Mahaney Champion!
