KAN-STRUCT 2018 Session to Address Workforce Needs
Like many industries in the United States, the construction industry is facing a shortage of skilled workers. A session presented by Damon Young, vice president of Mahaney Roofing, during the KAN- STRUCT 2018 Conference will not only discuss workforce development needs, but also present a solution many have overlooked.
According to Young, “If we can figure out how to rebuild and restore the underemployed and hopeless, then we can find an untapped resource for our pressing workforce development challenges.”
