CHAMPION HIGHLIGHT | JULIE QUASTAD
Congratulations to our Champion of the Month, Julie Quastad!
We’re excited to shine a spotlight on Julie, who has been a vital part of the Mahaney team for nearly 10 years.
Originally from Iowa, Julie moved to Wichita to be closer to family and a change of pace from Florida. Julie says she appreciates the warmth of the people and the myriad of activities available in Wichita, from hiking and biking to gardening and swimming.
At Mahaney, Julie’s role as the Services Coordinator involves orchestrating the logistics of our service crews and facilitating problem resolution with customers. Her knack for organization and problem-solving, combined with her genuine people skills, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Julie thrives on being the go-to person for solving issues and is always ready to lend a hand or offer a solution. Julie’s role has been crucial as she navigates the evolving landscape of our services department, which has grown exponentially during her time at Mahaney. Despite the company’s transitions over the years, Julie has remained a steadfast pillar of support.
At Mahaney one of our Pillars is Relentless Problem-Solvers: Impossible only means we have not found the solution yet. We make the impossible possible by giving our energy to the solution. Julie is being celebrated as our champion because of her embodiment of this Pillar. She exemplifies this by always being the first to tackle challenges head-on and find solutions, whether it’s resolving service challenges or organizing company events. Julie’s proactive approach and determination make her a shining example of what it means to be relentless in the pursuit of solutions.
Julie’s decision to remain with Mahaney for nearly a decade speaks volumes about her experience here. “The people are hands down the reason I love Mahaney,” she says. The supportive leadership and hardworking team members have made her journey fulfilling. She values the camaraderie and mutual respect that defines our culture. Julie describes our work environment as a true team effort where everyone is committed to doing a great job and supporting one another, with no one left behind.
Her time at Mahaney has given her valuable insights into different work cultures and backgrounds, enriching her perspective beyond her small-town Iowa upbringing. Julie is especially proud of how the Mahaney team’s work ethic reflects their commitment to their families and to each other.
Congratulations, Julie, on this well-deserved recognition! Your dedication, positive attitude, and relentless problem-solving spirit make you a true asset to Mahaney.
