Champion Highlight | Dalton Brandt
Congratulations to our February Champion of the Month, Dalton Brandt!
Nearly 3 years ago, Dalton began his career with Mahaney, and he has quickly made himself an invaluable part of the Services team as a Foreman. Dalton credits the knowledge he has gained at Mahaney to the leaders on his team but especially to Luis Varela Corona who Dalton said was understanding and patient teaching him as he came to Mahaney with no previous experience in roofing.
Dalton shared how Mahaney has impacted his life, “I have gained knowledge in a trade, I’m more organized, and I’m building customer relationships”, he added, “I enjoy coming to work; every day is different, and it feels like family here – everyone’s welcoming and willing to help each other.”
Outside of work, Dalton enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their children, fishing, going to the lake or barbequing.
Dalton was chosen as the Champion of the Month for exemplifying Mahaney’s Purpose, “we are workmen created with the limitless ability to positively impact our families, company, community, and country”. What does this mean to Dalton? He says, “I feel I make a positive impact every time I can go out on a call, do quality work, and ensure the customer is happy in the end.”
